Dan Ehler is Chief Revenue Officer of Libra Solutions, and leads the company’s revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, and sales organization focused on servicing law firms and providers in the personal injury industry. He is responsible for driving growth across healthcare provider and law firm segments while aligning sales, operations, and strategic initiatives to deliver consistent, scalable performance.

Dan brings more than two decades of leadership across financial services, lending, and sales organizations. Prior to joining Libra , he held senior leadership roles at Huntington National Bank, leading the mortgage sales team for the enterprise including retail, mortgage direct, and third-party channels. Earlier in his career, Dan spent over a decade at Target in enterprise strategy and talent leadership, focussing on organizational design, recruitment strategy, and large-scale business initiatives. These experiences shaped his ability to lead through change, scale teams, and build high-performing organizations

Dan is known for his data-driven approach to revenue leadership, with deep expertise in sales strategy, organizational design, talent development, and performance optimization. He has a proven track record of building and leading distributed sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving growth in complex, evolving industries.

He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Management from Hamline University.
