As Chief Financial Officer, Shiven oversees capital markets, FP&A, accounting, tax, and analytics functions at Libra. He also manages Libra’s financing relationships with securitization investors and bank syndicate partners.
Under his watch, Libra completed the acquisition of The Trio Solution in October 2024 and closed five securitizations, totaling over $500 million in total issuance. He also doubled the size of Libra’s first lien syndicate commitment since 2022 and instituted a pricing framework based on unit economics to increase expected business-line, unit-level ROA.
Shiven is a seasoned finance executive who has held key senior positions across firms of various sizes and maturity, from start-ups to multinationals, and brings more than 20 years of finance leadership in investment banking and consumer credit businesses. He is a CFA who holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School.
