As Executive Vice President of Operations, Dave is responsible for all aspects of Libra’s operational functions across the plaintiff medical and plaintiff funding business lines. He is focused on maximizing the customer experience for firms, plaintiffs, and providers using a variety of KPIs, and leads the integration of new acquisitions into the Libra operating model.
Dave is also responsible for building an effective and scalable team that supports the profitability of a dynamic business and adapts to an environment that is continuously evolving. Dave drives improvement by creating a positive work culture where team members are supported, held accountable, and feel like they belong to something greater than just a job.
Dave is a seasoned executive who comes to Libra with more than 20 years of experience in the financial technology industry, with an emphasis on customer service and operations. He holds a BBA in Finance, an MBA in Management, and an MIS from the University of Notre Dame. He is also an industry thought leader whose publications include “Insight into Action: Optimize Service in Real Time for Winning Results” and “Running a World-Class B2B Call Center with Salesforce.com Call Center.”
His driving desire to push beyond the status quo and help others accelerate their performance ensures that Libra will continue to stay ahead of its people, process, and technology challenges.
