As Chief Technology Officer, Patrick is responsible for developing internal and customer-facing technology strategies that advance the company’s business goals. He manages Libra’s technology portfolio and ensures that the company is building secure, scalable technology platforms using cloud computing, data management strategies, and cybersecurity measures.
Being technology-enabled is a central pillar to assure Libra’s efficiency, differentiation, and growth. Patrick and his team are focused on leveraging emerging technology and new market opportunities to accelerate product innovation and build greater competitive advantages. Patrick also ensures that Libra is optimizing AI, business process outsourcing, and automation to streamline the majority of operational tasks.
Patrick brings 30 years of senior leadership experience in health care—encompassing managed care, claims administration, payment processing, insurance and reinsurance, call centers, document management, and financial management. He has a proven track record in C-level positions with health and insurance companies with revenues from $75 million to $1.3 billion, acquisitions from $15 million to $300 million, and leading IT teams of 15 to 750.
Patrick holds a BS in Computer Science, and an MBA in Finance and International Business.
