As Senior Vice President of Product & Enablement, Tracey leads critical product, enablement, and technology initiatives— aligning business and IT objectives to drive innovation and measurable outcomes. She partners with cross-functional leaders in the organization to steer committee engagements, portfolio management, and facilitate seamless coordination between business goals and technology development.
Tracey brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and strategic management, with a distinguished career overseeing complex operations, managing large teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth. She has played pivotal roles in multiple financial institutions and has a proven track record in leading merger and acquisition activities.
Tracey was instrumental in integrating Libra’s Product and Enablement functions into the company’s operations, building the One Team initiative that integrated two disparate teams into a cohesive and collaborative unit, and designing a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns Libra’s business and technology goals.
Tracey holds certifications in Lean, is a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has advanced training in leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational management. For eight years she served on the board of directors for the Women’s Resource Center, providing strategic financial oversight and contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering women.
