As President of Libra Solutions, Brian develops and executes Libra’s overall business strategy to achieve the company’s ambitious goals, which include double-digit annualized revenue growth. He also leads the company’s “OneTeam” initiative, which has efficiently synthesized multiple independent businesses and brands into a single high-performing model with aligned customer value streams and facilitates further growth.
Brian is a dynamic leader who has spent over 25 years in senior leadership in both entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses in the consumer finance, banking, and legal industries.
From 2022 to 2024, he served as President of Oasis Financial, Libra’s plaintiff funding business, where he transformed a break-even business into an operation netting strong PTNI by introducing customer-centric Voice of the Customer routines, agile product development, aligning team member goals and compensation plans, and implementing a strategic planning, measurement, and accountability framework that resources critical customer and growth initiatives.
Brian holds BA’s in Business Management and Communication Studies from Hamline University, where he served on the executive council at the Hamline School of Business. He has served on numerous professional associations and industry boards, including being a longtime supporter of M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital. Outside of work, he stays active and engaged by traveling, exploring and continually learning with his wife Annette, four kids, and close friends.
