Katrina Sevier serves as Chief HR Officer at Libra Solutions, where she leads enterprise-wide Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Technology and Total Rewards to support sustainable growth.
With more than two decades of experience in high-growth industries including fintech, digital services, and technology, Katrina brings deep expertise in building scalable HR infrastructure, leading global teams, and driving people-first innovation. She has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Western Union, Teleperformance, and Sightline Payments, where she spearheaded HR transformations supporting workforces of up to 24,000 across 50+ countries.
Katrina holds a B.A. in Organizational Theory from UC Berkeley and is a certified leadership coach. She is passionate about empowering teams, developing purpose-driven leaders, and aligning people strategy with long-term business growth.
